CMP Financial offers business planning and consulting services, controller services, complete payroll services and full-service bookkeeping.
After 9 years of tracking billable time it became apparent that there must be a better way. In December of 2007, prior to any exposure to Ron Baker or “pricing on purpose”, CMP entered into what we now understand was its first value-based contract.  In June of 2008 Cyndi attended Ron’s workshop, Pricing on Purpose and Trashing the Timsheets. She can’t wait to trash the timesheets and transition all clients to value-based fixed-price contracts.

Note from Cyndi:  I have just ordered all of Ron’s books for myself and a copy of “Why Work Sucks...” for each of my team members. I’ve read every word of nearly every page of the Verasage website. I am so excited to know that I don’t have to reinvent the wheel, so to speak, I just need to get in on perfecting it! I have several pending contracts to negociate over the next week or so, and I’m a bit nervous about jumping in full-force. I don’t even know if I’m a good pricer or not. If there are any fellows who are available to provide mentorship/coaching for me, primarly to get me jump started over the next couple of weeks, I would be exceedingly grateful.
