Congratulations to Gary and his team.  Ron once told me that Verasage is like the Hotel California: you can check out anytime you want but you can never leave!

The concept of the knowledge worker seems to be the most difficult idea for folks to get their minds around.  Thanks to Gary for his eloquent explanation.
